Thread regarding Kroger Co. layoffs

Job loss because of KCC

Does anyone have any details on how many jobs will be lost, when and which roles will go first because of kroger capability centre?

They tried this years ago with the India Talent Hub and we are still cleaning up the mess. Now they're trying to a broader scope. People will get moved around most likely. Maybe some layoffs in non tech.

One of the worst things they've ever done was outside the KSP to Argentina. Nothing like trying to walk a non English speaking person through a really basic work function that thousands of us perform every day only for them to open a ticket and assign it to the team that can actually help.

Outsourcing is just bloat. Never saves us a dime
