Give details. Optum is complex so we need more details than just "layoff 03/19"
Which departments? Which lines of business? Clinical or nonclincial? Operations, legal, HR, clinics?

OptumRx is has gotten layoffs and more are still coming
As is the case with RIFs they take people from almost all parts of business. You don't lay off 2,000 people and have it just from one business unit. I agree people sharing details about which business unit is helpful, just note the layoffs are not specific to one area typically. Amost all business units have targets for offshoring.
