Getting ready for the "fake AI" to take over.
Thats usually the point of years long layoffs. Fewer employees.
We had a one of our team members leave and have been told he will not be replaced.
There are plenty of job postings in India
At some point, people accept that this is what it really means to work at Wells Fargo. The "well life" is real.
They aren’t approving replacement job recs for people leaving. 4 people gave retirement notice on bonus payout day and they aren’t being replaced.
