Weird, never seen them hire so many employees and managers, they say it's in anticipation of a huge surge in work

They said the 1st 4x months of the year they would bring on 400 new hires, here we are in June and we're nearing 1000 new hires and it doesn't look like their stopping, where is all the work to justify this many people???????
Well I believe they are hiring is because they are moving product to Mexicali Mexico it’s a false sense of security they have to get there products moved asap. Then they will kick ya to the curb. How do I know? I worked there over 14 yrs we were told 5 yrs ago we are getting new products. That’s BS! Never saw any “new” stuff even engineers I worked with said there’s no new stuff coming. What does that tell you? I would go look for another job before there’s a surge of everyone looking for another job at the same time. Good luck🙏
Every defense and aerospace company is currently evaluating the surge in work to replace whats been 'lost' or 'used' in the current activities around the world. These things are one and done....so once its done, has to be replaced. Our shop is running at 100% each day.
