The board should have a vote of no confidence in MF

CFO is a Mo-o
While they are at it they need to push out the new COO VA. He runs the space like its early 2000’s, his supply chain approach is antiquated and not giving NIke a competitive advantage and he ONLY takes care of his own. The list is long of leaders that have either been pushed out or left because of his leadership. Sad to watch this happen to a company that for years was unstoppable.
1000% MF is the board puppet, that’s a great read.
Oh look 23 (Jordan) was my number to post this… that’s getting creepy.
@c7 This is a seriously overlooked truth that people don’t realized.
@aa BoD is clearly the problem at this point.
AA that is the most honest trust I have ever heard about the CFO. Your right
As long as PHK and the board have kept him… demonstrates how little they think of him. Hear me out.
If they believed they needed an accountable CFO, they would have held him accountable for literally any of the macro gaffs we’ve made. But, no. They have kept him. Instead of finding someone else.
The only reason at this point for keeping him… is that they don’t respect him. They just want a pushover in the CFO position.
Someone that won’t question.
If they bring in someone else, with credibility… integrity… and actual ties to Wall Street… think of the consequences. As the new CFO starts learning the real math. How things really work.
Why else would you keep the MF? Unless you needed someone that is just going to go along with it all? “Hey MF, say this at earnings”
Or, maybe… losing hundreds of billions of shareholder value isn’t on the shoulders of a CFO? I’m just a plebe and wouldn’t know.
Right! If he left, then we wouldn’t be the unaccountable Nike that Senior Directors love.
I can’t wait for earnings this month!
No, that might lead to accountability... Can't have that at Nike!
