We can't quite believe Mr Shouty didn't make the final list for worst tech CEO of 2022 - but must admit there was strong competition

However he's a strong favorite to be the early leader in 2023 for the title when the private quite bid falls through (too greedy yet again just like ATOS bid), and when the FY23 full year results shows DXC continuing its "strong execution momentum" to shrink to $0 revenue in the next few years
Probably no point until Summer 23, when the next bad news about pay comes out.
Unless of course company gets bought, or McShouty leaves
Both will happen in 2023 its just the timing that is left to be decided

"No more news on rewards"- Here is the good news pal- There is going to be a salary revision. The bad news is, it is going to happen only in India. In the New Year. Notifications have gone out already.

Leadership completely absent
No more news on rewards, no pay raises for FY23, no bonuses and no special one off we're not giving you any other rewards but realise cost of living crisis is a problem for the criminally underpaid unappreciated staff reward
So what's the point?
Probably no point until Summer 23, when the next bad news about pay comes out.
Unless of course company gets bought, or McShouty leaves
