I'm so tired of this. People who want to leave, who'd love a severance package, are stuck here waiting for the axe to fall. The company drags it out like we don't have lives to plan. This was a good place once. Really was. Now it's just gray and empty and I don't care anymore. I hope everyone here lands somewhere better whether they stay or go.

@a3 I agree. It is really sad to see how many of the best people were laid off. They definitely seemed to target more experienced employees who were actual human being who were good at people management.
It was a good place until Noelle showed up. She’s gone now but her damage was done.
I thought I was the only one that felt it being gray and empty. Even more so after my favorite people here were laid off in January and February.
