Managers from India are a greater joke than US. Still on 90s playbook of targeting every US IC still around even if they lack the skill to do the work in IDC. Once the remaining 5% ICs are gone in US, it will be absolute domination and no one to question incompetence.
@bk How did you come to conclusion that employees in India are more efficient?
it's not like the highest costs are coming from India and their jobs you know... the same as other hubs across the globe... if they just look to make the numbers, then I guess they will make cuts left and right

India is where projects go to die-- always, at every company. You get what you pay for.
@a7 India works at a much lower salary cost than a US employee…and more efficiently
