For anyone who’s left this year, do you happen to know roughly how much COBRA costs per month? I’m planning my exit and want to factor that into my budgeting. I’m currently on the HSA Premium plan, if that makes a difference. Thanks!

There’s a cost of coverage article in MyHR that goes over exact costs of cobra.
OP you will want to double check, but I believe Cobra is “as needed” as you can sign up only when/if you need it.
It’s 102% of the total cost. Check your paystub for your and the company’s contributions. Add them and 2%. In most states, ACA coverage is better. COBRA is only for 18 months unless you can extend due to circumstances.
