If the war continues, nobody is getting fired or laid off. In fact, I'm betting you we'll need to start bringing people back. Job security is finally back.

At least around here, skilled defence jobs are in demand. If you're ahead technically of most veterans, you stand a chance. There are many veterans, some are very skilled, and some not. Corporal for life.. 😆
Was laid off a few years ago. Not enough money in the world to make me want to go back. Their switch to Alight for "benefits" is enough for me to discourage people from applying or accepting offers there. Have a ton of childhood friends with kids getting engineering degrees. When you are young you don't always think about it. But an elderly retired family member and I both have struggled endlessly with their "service." I bet current employees are spending a lot of company time trying to get what they need when they call. Cost savings my a$$. I lost several thousand dollars due to Alight sc--wing up my FSA account. Wrote letters to their head and the head of RTX HR and never heard back. A good company looks out for their people... Nuff said.
