Whatever happens now, I'm at peace with it. I just don't care. My manager has been pushing me out for a year. Excluding me, giving my opportunities to others, taking credit for my ideas. I used to get upset, but now I'm just done. I've given too much to EJ to keep fighting.

I'm keeping my eyes open for any great opportunity that lands in my lap, but otherwise I'm close enough to being 50 years old that I'm biding my time until I can leave and keep my LP (for as long as it exists before PP/DC/ELT destroy it). Once I'm 50, I plan on finding somewhere else to hang all my licenses and make $20k or more per year for the same work.
@vg That’s a decent tenure and sad to hear and yet totally understandable.
@OP , me too. The toxic work environment is really getting to me. I'm working on leaving the place after 15+ years.
I am already checked out here. This is the first time I am passing on a LP offering as I am genuinely concerned about the future of EJ
Same. Whatever happens happens. When I worked hard and brought novel ideas and accomplished goals it didnt matter and I was demoted, so why bring anything to the table now?
Lay low, do the minimum, find opportunities elsewhere on my own timeline
That's pretty much about how 3/4 of home office is getting. It's hard to stay motivated for a company that hates us, and has leadership in charge who are now actively at war with the associates who actually keep this clown show operating. It will get worse in june when new RTO kicks in and everyone is tired, annoyed, and checked out. Great culture though , right??
