No matter how many reorgs and layoffs they go through, they won’t be able to right this ship. As Peter Drucker famously said: “Culture eats strategy for breakfast!”

The company culture is extremely toxic and making wannabe Machiavellis fear for their jobs will only make it worse. They’ll only become more cutthroat.

Strange that it's exactly the numbers (13-15,000) related to the RIFs that we already know already happened. And that the artical doesn't mention the RIFs that just happened.

My money is on this being one and the same. Not saying there won't be RIFs just that this isn't it.
