I saw nothing about accidental or life insurance and only wanted COBRA for medical and dental up to the $1400 monthly HSA. They added this so now it’s over $200 out of pocket for something I didn’t want. Not looking forward to calling NESC.

You might want to check with NESC. I think that came from them.
You can just not pay it and it will get cancelled.
You can remove it at the MyFordBenefits website. I am retired and just switched my direct deposit account for accidental disability with no issues.
