Management at mondelez do absolutely nothing. Maybe forward an email or 2 but that's about it. So useless

They only want one person doing a store now because they want to monitor their cases per hour and don’t want any additional mileage being paid. So everyone is miserable alone while stores treat them like sh-t.
There is no sense of team, as in days past! People used to jump in to help each other, now it’s all about everyone being out for themselves. Management did a bang up job promoting this behavior. Watching reps dump territories that were run into the ground during a realignment is a glaring example! Sad what working for Mondelez has become! Can’t give these jobs away!
