I just put in my two weeks after getting the bonus and accepting a new fully remote job that I start Monday. Rick and EC you will not be missed.

Thanks everyone! Yes still in financial services which is why I put in my two weeks and start Monday since I knew they would walk me out the same day. Not all firms think the same archaic way Schwab does and I think they will lose a ton of top talent if they keep it up. Good luck everyone and keep searching for something better if you were tired of being lied to like me. Culture and collaboration? More like control and it looks good for shareholders
