What’s going on with the abrupt leadership change in AEP Texas?

Fatal accident even after Judith T. and others left. Looks like they let the wrong people go. That definitely shows we are rushing things too much for this new move they want us on
@qh No underground utility vault shall be entered by an employee until a corporate officer enters and inspects the interior of the vault to ensure it is safe for lower compensated employees to enter and work. It is time corporate officers took the same risks and faced the same hazards as their lower compensated subordinates. Lets get it done and reform the corporate culture. No employee should be asked to go where a corporate officer refuses to tread. Make the leaders lead from the front not in the rear where hindsight is 20/20 and they are removed from the consequences of their leadership failures, major shareholder centric focus and the tragic consequences
I absolutely hate that they let Judith go. Not only was she a great leader but she truly embodied AEP Texas. The incoming guy sounds like a Bill minion. I think Bill wants to clean house and eliminate women in executive positions. I will not be surprised if Leigh Ann is next
@as and yet you are still here, not very discriminating.
Precisely, she was a great CEO. You can't outshine your boss, that is a big no no at AEP.
Wait why did they let Judith go? I dont really like that they made this change all of a sudden! She was a great CEO!
