@ay same. Managing director here. We were totally unaware that we would and our managers would be receiving that email. We followed up multiple times as reactionary and were told that we can’t do anything from the company and if we do something it’s out of our own pocket. We weren’t even given advance notice of the day that was ahead. Welcome to Truist. Truist cares and you’ll find pretty apparent what they care about.

I have been on two calls with my boss already and nothing about employee appreciation day has been said. While I do things for my employees fairly regularly, I would have liked a heads up that today was employee appreciation day so I could have done something for them.

Oh no! The job I sought out, applied for, interviewed for, accepted, and receive pay from is acknowledging me! They have no right to do so!
