So, basically your only safe if your a Data Center technician I heard there still hiring?

OCI hardware techs are safe IF they work in the datacenters, field tech days are numbered
@a2 to be fair I am surprised on prem still going. The DRC did have a comeback
Nope, they are all out-sourced.
Not if you're in OCI. If you knew how they run "the cloud" business, you'd know they lease rack space in Equinix (and other) 3rd-party data centers.
And if you are not in OCI, your days are definitely numbered. Legacy on-prem will be eliminated just as fast as they can.
