Does anyone have any insight as to when the next phase of "How We Work" will be? Phase 1 was January, just wondering when Phase 2 will be?

@18p like less than 1% of roles posted are remote.
Then why I still see jobs posted as remote eligible?

Latest rumor I heard was just that there’s special focus on RTO employees in high cost areas (that aren’t military spouses).
But at this point it all feels like Russian roulette and when your day comes it comes.
I was fully expecting him to ki-l remote work on the spot with how big a deal they were making of that How We Work thing.
I fully believe he's laying the groundwork for it though. With the RTO HR tool about to get time stamps, there's going to be big RTO changes this year, and I wouldn't be surprised if remote is impacted.
You remote folks wouldn't believe how people talk about y'all in the office nowadays.
As we saw with the start to Phase 1 in January, it was a bloodbath with layoffs. Phase 2 in Q2, do not expect anything different. Everyone I have spoken with believes this reorg is going to fail, early signs of that will be later this year.
