Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

If you get laid off, do you get a prorated bonus payment?

And if you quit do you get a prorated bonus in March of the following year?

Yes... in fact, you should expect one every year from T for the rest of your life! Especially if you let them know how much you love, love, love RTO

If you're laid off, you get the pro-rated bonus. If you've met Rule of 75 and you quit, you'll also get a pro-rated bonus.

If you've not met Rule of 75, but you're on the payroll as of 12/31 (for example, quitting January 2), you'll receive a bonus. If you quit mid-year and haven't met Rule of 75, you do not get a bonus.

Yes for being laid off. When you quit, you voluntarily left, nothing is due to you. It's on HROS.
