Bait and switch?
130% was company modifier. 85% personal modifier. This is normal now.
Target (company mod) 1.3 (personal mod) .85 =actual bonus
Ex. Target$10000
$10000 1.3= $13000 .85 = Total bonus = $11050 before taxes.
~ $7316 after withholding
