Thread regarding Cigna layoffs

I am going to start a new post about the Reed organization.
The dysfunction goes beyond his town hall. Which was the topic for this post.
It's a cesspool of bullying, despair and incompetence.
You can share your favorite examples of how this leadership has destroyed any spirit of tech camaraderie.
He tried to guess what Noelle wanted. That went nowhere. Now doing same with DP.
Our manager is so beaten down.
At least leadership can travel. More time aways from us the better.

LOL. Saw this now. Our New York team would say Ichabod Crane. A ringer for him.

We left laughing. It was like watching an SNL skit on corporate life.
He was like WAAHHHHH we su-k.
Blame game.
Like it was everyone else's fault.
Bad decisions by senior leadership he said.
Hey - aren't you one of those people?
And the reason for layoffs - why don't you say more about offshore.
We expect to see a map of India next time behind you.

He opens with his poorly we’re doing financially, how leadership picked the wrong initiatives to go with, which is why we had to lay so many people off. Then he tells us how the leadership teams travel for their meetings. Really…how much does that cost?

So I'm sure these leaders are personally nice people. The comments i see posted are not about them personally. It's about them as directors and VPs. Criticism comes with the job. In a town hall or otherwise.

@pt So-called "leaders" are fair game especially if they affect the lives of so many people in the company. They deserve to be scrutinized.

LOL it is really unbelievable.
You know Noelle made a lot of mistakes.
But her biggest mistake was not firing this guy.
Brian needs to look at this silo.

Was not going to.post but then I saw this. He and his lead team are weak corporate puppets. ER has no backbone. I was a top performer and they sent my job offshore. I am the breadwinner and still out of work. Get out if you can. They will sell you out.

Hey let's not be all negative. At least one good thing from his meetings. It exposes him as a mediocre leader.

Totally content free!
He's the second most despised IT leader.
I can't wait to get out of his org.
He fired the best front line techs we had.

What a joke. This meeting was useless. Talks like he knows AI. He's a dinosaur. He's like an old data center guy. We heard he talked sh*t about DP all the time. IBM had a betting pool going on when DP was going to fire him after he became CIO. Don't bother with his town halls you aren't missing anything. Nothing to share.
