Please keep looking do not work for this company as they do not care about you as a person or employee. They only care about the members who call in and speak to you like trash and doesn't really care about your mental health it's all about metrics, metrics, and metrics! This was a mistake working here! Not what I expected!

This company uses you and your teammates as cannon fodder for member interactions, rather than fix the issues that make members angry. I’m sorry you’re dealing with this, and hope can you find a better job.
@bj I did that one time, but then I realized I worked from home and my spouse didn't quite appreciate my masterpiece
I combat these same feelings by clogging the toilets with an appropriate size dump that symbolizes my affection for the company. It smells in there but man it feels good.

THEN be like "oh I see you cancelled a visit because the member said he wanted to ra-e you?" Yeah that will hurt your metrics.
