Looking to apply at this location, please give me scoop on RTO. Current schedule is currently 3 days- is there any talk of going to 5? Thanks.

My old team worked on a project with another group and their leadership wanted people in 5 days a week and “settled” for 3 as a compromise.
No and I highly doubt anyone is actually going in 3x. More like 2x at max
If anything, they’ve backed off a bit. They used to track our badge scans to make sure we were hitting the 3x a week and sent weekly reporting out, but they’ve since stopped and now it’s up to individual leaders to manage if/when their employees go in. Most of my team is remote so I only go in maybe 2-3 times a month.
