Companywide Town Hall - March 12th

Will there be any meaningful updates about potential layoffs coming out of the March 12th town hall? Given recent comments from Block’s CEO regarding layoffs, and with payday falling on the 13th, the timing raises some questions about whether any announcements might follow.

You’re better served by launching it and going to the gym or taking a walk.

Literally no one should listen to any executive. There is zero benefit. It's all lies at the end of the day, and intentionally designed to demoralize you. I stopped listening years ago.

You think thee Charles W. Scharf has ever or will ever give a meaningful update about literally anything? No, he’s going to pat all his work boyfriends on the back, mention his recent golf trips, shout out his fave sports team, and say a lot of meaningless words about synergy and handshakefulness.

I can guarantee someone is gonna drop the stupid fking line, "It's not AI that'll take your job, it's someone who knows how to use AI!"

Okay, a$$hole. Fire us all and run the bank with Copilot.

Maybe ask yourself first if there has ever been anything meaningful mentioned in any town hall. Even going back to the Stumpf days.

A better question might be how many times will AI be mentioned?
