Everyone from my group who got laid off has already landed somewhere new. Pretty quick turnaround. Maybe there's hope out there after all.

While I am happy for those who have found work, I and everyone else I know who were laid off in October are still unemployed and having difficulty getting interviews and responses. We have found employers have increased the qualifications they want even for lower level positions.
I also know 3 people who were laid off in August 2024 who still haven't found full-time sustaining employment.
I’m starting to get meetings and interviews. I’m starting to feel more positive they will lead to something.. The holidays were rough. :(

Same here, It took me 5 weeks. I was in accounting. I know 4 people similar to me, 3 of us found jobs and 1 is still looking (currently interviewing). It's not bad, the pay is not that great but not bad as well
What discipline (IT, Product, Marketing, Project Managing, etc.)?
What group or area of work if you don’t mind sharing?
