I’m sure most of you noticed there is now tracking of your badge swiped available in Workday.
When you open the report, there is a column labeled “Office Designation”
What does everyone’s say for that? I was told I have to come to the office but my designation says “Out of office”
If you are on a fix arrangement or have an accommodation you will be listed as out of office even if you’re in a hub. This happened to me when I went on short term leave.
@ae no, I’ve been at the company for a few years and never had a change in location
Check with your manager when they put in the system for you to officially return to office. Mine said 'out of office' while I was still relocating to a hub market.

@a5 I get that but what I’m saying is there is contradicting info. I was told I’m expected to be in the office but my office designation in that official reporting reads out of office
The badge swipe information was requested by employees so yea now we have access to it. The office designation in workday has been there since people were assigned hubs due to RTO. This isn't new.
