me the OP... don't hate people who speak truth. deadline for lists is next week all across the company. SVP level on it for over a month... down to directers over last 10 days. Each given % head count or $ amount to attain savings. Span of control being enforced so u may see many m's be rifed or bumped down to IC.

This is bullsh-t. Oracle usually layoffs people before releasing earning report, which will be next Monday. If there is layoff, most likely to be this week.
Is this real this time ? Reason i say so is that i heard it as well in my org yesterday and not sure if just a coincidence or a true fact coming soon globally
