@g5 I just had my performance review last week and saw my raise. I was told today that my position has been eliminated.
Doubt it, everyone just received raises and bonuses… layoffs unlikely
They will never, ever announce layoffs. To qualify as a RIF (which requires a public announcement), they must layoff at least 33% of the staff at once. How they (and other companies) are getting around this is by laying off smaller numbers of employees slowly. Then nothing needs to be announced.

We signed up to get layoffs Drew Asher. What else does Mission Simplify mean? It means to simplify and reduce the workforce while still achieving all our goals.

Our state also has a 15-minute huddle after the corporate call. Unclear if that’s happening everywhere.

Layoffs will never be announced. It's the whole reason this website exists.

1) She had 0 intention of announcing it a couple years back.
2) The on-going layoffs have been smaller and more strategic since then.
3) There are multiple ghost jobs on the Career Page that won't be filled.
It would be surprising if they announce layoffs since they were secretive about it when it was exposed before the meeting a few years ago.
I am betting Sarah is leaving and she wants to tell everyone on the call. The same thing that happened with our CIO last week.

In CA, they scheduled a Q&A after the Town Hall. I’m curious as to why. Restructuring maybe? I have no idea but definitely curious.
