2% increase this year. Had 4-5% every year for the past 6 years.

@29v I’m current management and I can tell you I got a lot more than that. But I’m a good senior manager and I work really hard.

How about submit a "rate advocacy" weekly report ....it could be vetted through the Center of Excellence" group of over paid executives.

0-3% has been the standard for all hourly employees for years. It's awful and raises often don't keep up with inflation.

@as I'm surprised anyone is surprised by this considering all the layoffs they did. I was expecting them to cancel all together so jz could get a bigger bonus.

Loot is over…layoffs begin. There is reason why Amir moved on…he knows what’s coming …mass layoffs in IT. Secure your job rather than few % of raises.

@as Confirming that the pool was 0-3% for my team as well. Lowest I've seen as far as I can remember both in my time as a manager and an individual contributor.
