Can we also add base pay info here? This likely means a lot more depending on where you are in your band and gives us some leverage. Happy to start.
High Band 4. Base 164. Merit 2.75. 102% bonus.
2.75% and 100%
2.67% merit, 97% of 10% bonus target, lead analyst
@am SR vs standard roles.
Advisor - Low. Sr advisor - high
Manager - Low. Sr manager - high
Etc
2.5% merit and bonus at 103%
What makes a high vs low band 4?
Low 4
2.5% merit. 100% bonus
2.75% and 100% -_-
@OP what dept are you? my dept su-ks. I hope the laid off high performers get the credit they deserve. It would su-k if bad performers left behind got a high bonus.
Merit was funded a little under 3%. So as usual, People in this thread talking out their a-s.
The bang for buck for Bad 4 plus is the bonus payout. I also was paid over 100% of my target as a high 4.
@a1 Merit increases this year are much lower than in the past due to decreased budget
Evaluation might be "low" in comparison to others due to forced grading on a curve, that's not necessarily indicative of a low performer.
Isnt band 4 percent increase? That means ur evaluation is very low. I would imagine 3.7 percent increase.
