Unless you're a manager, director or VP, (or indentured H1B) if you are going above and beyond for Intel instead of spending any discretionary time you have looking for a new job, then you deserve to marinate in your own stress hormones.
Intel is closer to bankruptcy.
Layoff is good, very good.
