Yes. There is a significant scenario plan that will all result in annihilating the IT as we know it. Shankar had mismanaged capabilities so bad that it hard to see a turnaround with the existing resources so the thought is we need a lot less but totally different skill set.

IT is likely to hire the only problem is as everything is going remote the jobs will likely be overseas for less pay. There's no real future in an IT career here anymore. It is best to move on while you can. American IT is not part of Dan's plan.
I imagine they will be hiring. The problem is the jobs will not be US based. Dan will offshore most of IT as it is mainly done remotely.
You can bet on it. GTS is always over budget, always overpromising, under delivering; then magnify off shore 10 fold for the same.
