Supposedly there's a letter floating around on Only at Lowes facebook supposedly from Mcfarland talking about every store losing an ASM. Anyone seen it or heard anything?

They are getting rid of ASM (amazing Spider-Man)?
Its happened several times since I have been with Lowe's .Lowe's stores are way too top heavy .We have 21+ managers and Supervisors at my store .Standing around all day or in the office or vaping in their cars in the parking lot .
I have been with Lowe's for a long time and have seen them cut ASM's before. Typically last one hired is first one out. Lowe's long standing playbook has always been to cut staff when the customer flow / ticket average drops. Almost as stupid as getting rid of store level Loss Prevention. "Hey, can I validate your shopping cart full of DeWalt power tools" as they push it out the lumber door (and where there is typically only a single employee working within 100 yards of the door after 6PM). And if you are wondering how that is possible, we have actually seen them on camera taking them directly out of top stock.
I saw the "letter" but it reads like any other AI corpo slop so it's authenticity is questionable since I haven't seen anything anywhere else.
