Yep, they gotcha right where they want you. Fearful for your job, make you think (your) the crazy one. All the while they keep you working for (them) while they sc--w you. Best thing you can do is get out while you have some sanity left. They all act like 5th graders but they know exactly what their doing.

That's way too much credit. I doubt they passed the third grade and they probably had paste and glue all over their hands and face on the way to fourth grade.
High school grads are alot cheaper to hire than College or post-degree grads.
It truly seems that a bunch of 5th graders only post on this site !
