It will never be over, keep track of any company communications/announcements/etc and you might find a pattern, but it will happen as long as Sycamore is extracting assets from the company. I'm a former, Quill then Staples employee. If you have a choice or opportunity, don't wait around for things to get better, and seek out better. If you were high performing, there is better out there, loyalty and years will gain you nothing. Make the change happen on your terms, not forced by them.

I have heard that there will be another one probably in May this year. Please let us know here if you have heard the same.
Most likely over until next fiscal year. Sept - Oct roughly.
Also there will be certainly be another large layoff once GCC(Global Capability Center) comes online and up to speed.
