Boss has no life outside work and expects the same from me. He's paid well, I'm not. Even if I was, I wouldn't sacrifice everything for this place. Starting my search.

@rr or work for a private equity company where there is focus beyond the stock price and trying to impress Wall Street. The ELT at companies like OpenText are just actors putting on a play to convince shareholders to buy more stock. Reality doesn’t matter that’s why they are so disconnected from it.
You can try to start a business by yourself. Then you will be the boss.
Just go with LinkedIn PR stunts by recruiters and paid promotions. Lol: Best company awards , year over years.
Just check glass door or other review places. OT is below industry average.

What life??? Our work takes now more time because of all the admin garbage
