Now I'm hoping for one. My workload is already piling up and it's just going to get worse. This job has nothing left for me anyway.

I thought we are the employer of choice
So many people are seriously burnt out. I wish they'd offer an early retirement package and let people voluntarily go, so they can replace those burnt out workers with fresh, new, younger workers for lower pay. It really does feel like these jobs have nothing left for people, except a paycheck.
