If you’re talking about JB, he’s one of the hardest working people in this company, and that’s not very many. I’ve seen him stand up for the visual people, and try to get us back to doing our job instead of everyone else’s job. I think it’s easy to get a hold of him and he’s one of the best managers we’ve had in a long time. You’re way off base.
The visual positions are such a joke. The Regional Visual Manager in the Birmingham region was always too busy looking for car hookups, while his husband was at home, to actually do his job. Such a waste of money that could be used for the stores.
Visual merchandising standards at belk?
Bwhahahahahaha
"Belk has hired a whole crew of visual merchandising senior executives! Let’s see how long that lasts—probably not long, since store managers love to cry to their regional whenever they’re asked to follow standards. Then the regional has a meltdown, and poof! The visual execs end up on the chopping block just for trying to do their jobs. And if you’re not a top-tier su-k-up, good luck surviving in that circus! 🎪 Welcome to Belk, new hires—hope you brought your helmets!"
Yay! More senior executives. This place will definitely be making it's triumphant comeback now.
