Thread regarding Fidelity National Information Services Inc. layoffs

TA changes

Big changes in TA happening starting March. Is this going to lead to more layoffs? Looks like it's mostly about managers?

@ce those have been going on for a while. How many managers can be had in a short period of time? There should be a BINGO card for this: scary emails, sudden meeting invites, team consolidation, colleagues bailing, pointless GLINT surveys, congratulatory Town Halls with tone deaf comments from senior leaders insulated from change, daily collegial conversations about employment status/plans/changes, ferreting out department changes that are not announced affecting colleagues suddenly unreachable. Anyone else want to add?

@ae Reorg in the TA. Global Ops, Global CS, reshuffling teams under different management. Looks like alignment for further layoffs

@OP Other than Franklin Templeton? The notification requirements under Polish law are stringent. Based on the planned service migrations back, it seems like early to Mid May will be the final date for FIS to handle Customer Service. What else are you referring to, if anything?
