Anyone hearing about OTC & field resignations on the rise? Heard there were 3 in the field and 2 at the tower this week? Do they know something? Anyone know who it is? Maybe it’s a gift, I am just not sure if it is for them or us.

So long FG and all the others who couldn’t hang with the new dogs in town. It’s ok, we know retail and will make Follett 100X better than it ever was. The cash cow if the past will be the bread of the future. All your input was appreciated, now eff off!
Cuts? No way. Did you see the Holiday video?!? We are doing just fine given the mini-mansions they are presenting from!

Well there goes another one. Looks like a few of the Ivory Tower VPs are even fed up. Heard the most recent to leave was here 12 years. Wonder what pushed him and the others over the edge. Likely not a good sign for us as the new VPs and above have no idea how things run or the complexities. Maybe if we do another partnership with Levi it will all be better. Hearing 61M off plan and on the rise. Hang on for more cuts.
Just take a look at the job board. There has been several pages of new field openings added in the past month, I believe that anyone below the executive level at OTC is being pushed just as hard. Someone has to make up for all the work not being done in the under staffed stores,
Who at OTC? Field doesn’t surprise me but the tower typically treats their own well so for some to leave, that’s big.
Top two stores in our region have store manager positions open.
