This company loves to bully people with disabilities with micro-aggressions from management and HR. This place used to once welcome everyone and be accommodating but it feels like they are doing whatever they can to get rid of people. It’s very uncomfortable going to work anymore.

OP - you are so right. I used to be proud to work for this company. (Pre NationsBank/Fleet Boston Mafia acquisition) and it is gross where they have taken our bank. Just gross now.

@OP Can you elaborate on your concern to include disabilities impacted? If you are using a motorized wheelchair and the parking lot was not completely cleaned from recent snowstorms, I can understand your frustration. However, people without any disabilities have to endure the same mess. Just making an assumption based on current events. Please give additional details without revealing your identity.
