Citi has shallow, performative culture that makes you feel small for wanting to do actual meaningful work. No wonder things have ben getting worse all the time when our values are completely broken.

Many people here are generally nasty. We're all the same company but it doesn't feel that way.

this is the unfortunate way
If only I could sit in the room when names are proposed for layoff. We need to get rid of the people who don't want to make improvements unless it's bullet in their goals.
