Americas planning on retirements. NA Sales had a wave of Q1+Q2 retirements. Some think VERPs are on table.

I can only speak for the UK and it’s zero.

Across the board in all BUs, there is plan in place to reduce exposure to traditional Oil & Gas business.
Employees and R & D are one of the biggest expenses.
I guess it depends of what BU you are talking about.
