The employee of DXC putting another outside person into DXC as a new employee must really hate that individual so much.

Well I know of a U.K. company that’s giving 6-7% pay rises this year with 10% to the lowest paid staff, never mind end of year bonuses. I don’t think a single U.K. based employee would recommend working here would they ? Anyway happy Christmas all!
A huge amount of the DevOps staff have left or are leaving DXC including managers from DevOps.
DevOps are a leveraged outfit who work cross accounts. Except all the project work they were doing is on hold or stuck due to no resources.
They cannot finish off existing work, how the fu-k will they do new work.
Welcome to DXC! Bringing in new staff who don’t know how this cesspit of sh-t functions is a waste of time too. They’ll never get up to speed with nobody there to train them.

Email came around about it recently. You'd have to really hate somebody to get them to join DXC! Have they considered giving the people they already have a bonus to stop them leaving instead?
