Pretty amusing that dozens of posts that mention this organization, people’s horrid experiences, and its horrendous leadership have been deleted from this anonymous “safe space”.

Dell Learning is a joke now that most have left or been cut. The psychotic leader is still in power thanks to being DS’s wife’s buddy. Sad that so much knowledge and expertise has been cut for the past 2-3 years. I finally transferred out and count myself lucky.
Trying to be everyone to everybody never works. It never focuses on a particular group of people and ends up being generic.
The team that adds literally no to negative value. They should change to HR instead
