there is a ton of chatter right now about software companies, saas, cloud and company valuations. valuations are dropping fast (e.g., ibm dropped 15% the other day, salesforce is underpressure, snow, etc.)
i am not sure if we fit into any of these categories (or we fit in all of them).
where do you see us 2 yrs from now? on top? the same? falling behind???
It will survive better than before
Oracle will survive, thrive always. Its a Mega-Cap company not a little petty shop.
All UPs and Downs in market are always common. The problem right now is All AI companies are doing Capital expenditures without revenue. But as you see a huge transformation is ongoing.
I am glad that Oracle has entered this early than at last minute like Cloud.
What we have to worry is the future of Tech and Job market. We have to see if we are competent enough to survive in upcoming tech market. Its better to see where
"where do you see us 2 yrs from now?"
Still subordinating ourselves on all fours.
There will be more VP titles in all flavors in the agentic world with human administrative assistants still.
Layoff aimed people with shorter tenure no matter what.
