Srini did take a moment today during his all employee meeting to recognize the hard work and accomplishments of all those who were impacted this year and no longer with the company. He pointed out that the majority of those people were top performers in their roles but the cuts were needed in order to grow the business (didnt make sense).
It was like we took a moment of silence, while in my mind I was thinking we should have poured out a little liq-or for those who were let go.
