We are an employer of choice because we allow you to work hard, network, and do everything in your power to try to get another job at higher pay. Remember, David, doing everything we can to guide our own careers will likely include looking at positions outside of the company. We are asking why we should stay HERE at CVS. What does CVS offer that other companies don't?

They keep saying how grateful they are to have such wonderful and hard-working employees, but they NEVER improve pay and/or benefits!!!
I'm a clinician and am embarrassed to tell people I work for CVS.
I like Joyner and Heidi though, way better than Laurie & Karen was. Least we don’t have someone showing off colleague zone shoes.

Multiple people I know pay less for medical insurance - and we work for an INSURANCE company!

Yep, they give a meager merit increase than take it away with an increased cost in our insurance.
It'll be much ado about absolutely nothing. There's never anything for employees to look forward to...like a cost-of-living increase.
