Tried asking Joule some general questions which I couldn't find the answers on SAP One and it didn't gave any answers, didn't load properly, on VPN, without VPN, on webkit, chromium based browsers and nada nothing worked and there was no downtime either... Just imagine the frustrations of customers and their users who have paid and have to go through this trauma in their daily work life!

@ad you are not seriously using a fu--ing Grok based encyclopaedia as a positive example?

People cannot be this stupid.

Anyone admitting to using Grok is outing themselves as a mo--n and they're too d-mb to realise it.

@bf because the workforce are so burnt out from the noise & demands that they are struggling to find mental capacity to learn and be engaged?
Then yes, agree.

It is not always SAPs fault. Sometimes the problem is with the customer.

@a7 I continue to be surprised at how many blunders we have around product and program naming. There was no input from the US market on the name Joule and JUUL sounding exactly alike and maybe that stylized spellings of “Jewel” is maybe a bit over played.

Our marketing needs so much help!

But at least it is better than the Leonardo naming. That was nearly a decade ago with the AI platforms were all named for great scientists or artist.

This is serious and will take a long time to recover from. Heads will roll.

Hopefully now SAP stop employing DEI clowns and third worlders. Time to drain the swamp.

Cue the SAP version of Mony Python’s dead parrot sketch. Customers - Joule is dead, is no more, has shuffled off this mortal coil. Leadership - It just needs tweaking, you aren’t using it correctly etc., etc.

SAP isn’t building an AI tool for customers. The only business case for Joule is that it’s the best excuse to lay off employees. And we need to lay off employees so executives can get more bonuses and we can have more share buybacks and give more dividends. That is more important than SAP customers and improving Joule doesn’t matter.

I find Joule most helpful every day.

The customers seem to be clueless, otherwise they would love Joule, too.

@bf What do you mean by adopting AI? Adopting Joule? I think we aren't adopting it because it fu--ing su-ks. LOL

AI development aside, teams are not adopting AI and that tells a lot about the workforce.

Immature and ineffective? Could easily be applied to “leadership”.

Btp other than cpi is just a con which Joule is a part of. However it is the lob of the year🤓. What does that tell ya?

Joule like the US-vape company namesake is … you fill in the blank unethical business practice.

They’re running out of ideas to sell BTP and Joule.

No surprise is right. The real surprise is customers are buying this Rube Goldberg blue washed solution.

Last summer, in the NA data centers, there was almost 100 hours of unplanned downtime. This is on top of published 2025 up to 300+ hours of planned maintenance.

@OP “Users of SAP's AI assistant, Joule, including major client Volkswagen AG, have reportedly found the technology lacking in maturity and cost-effectiveness”

It must be too inflexible to allow cheating on US air emissions testing.
